Well first of all sites listing rooms should be aware of or make their customers aware of the $100 deposit required at check in. When we got there and took care of deposit they checked us in to a room that when we got to the room had a do not disturb sign on door and people in the room. So after going back to front desk to get a different room while my family waited in the 4th floor hallway we got settled only to wait 20 minutes for every elevator ride as only one of the 2 elevators worked. I was nervous about staying at a casino property, this was a great, clean basic room with all of the amenities you would expect.

I didn’t like there was one elevator and no nice restaurants on property

Staff was very kind and welcoming. Properly someone in one of the rooms on our floor was smoking marijuana. You could smell it all in the hallway. Outside did have cigarette butts, and someone dropped their cup of soda, it laid out there for hours, right in front where drop off and pickup is located. Our room was very clean, staff was wonderful.

The staff upon check-in was very rude and not very accommodating. However, security guard at elevators very friendly.
