Pretty view.. nice lobby and hallway… room yuck! The hotel is in a good location right off the highway. Casino is fine. River view room view was great and so interesting to watch the river and arch! The room def needs updating and a cleaning. The carpet was absolutely gross with a huge stain on the floor. No excuse for having guests stay in the room we stayed in.

I was a little hesitant on this property after reviews but it wasn't bad at all! The staff was very friendly. The carpets were a bit worn, but the room was clean and large. It was a very convenient location to the downtown St. Louis area. It was only a 5 to 10 minute car ride across the bridge to all the fun things St. Louis has to offer. We stayed there with my family, including kids, and had no complaints at all

It was not what I expected from a casino hotel. T hotel looked clean but it had a musty smell. The casino was dirty and it really smelled old and musty. Didn’t eat at any of the restaurants. Just smelled to bad.

Staff on check in were very nice and friendly, I guess that would be 2nd shift. 3rd shift not so friendly. It would have been nice to have fresh coffee available.

The employees were all super friendly and helpful. Nice surprise that this hotel provided a free shuttle to the cardinal games. It’s separate from the casino so there’s not a lot of activity thankfully. (Half the food options at the casino weren’t open so that was a downer but again, separate from hotel - but those are the only nearby options so wanted to note that.) We love staying at Casino Queen! It is a bit outdated but the staff and convenience make up for that. They provide a free shuttle to the ballgames and being next to Draft Kings is the reason we chose to stay here.
