I just had to submit my 1st Service Repair Request under my Choice Home Warranty Policy. I have had the Policy for right at 11 months, set to expire on February 23rd.Submitting the Claim was Super Simple! I could not believe how easy it was. I was provided a Claim Number and instructed I would receive an email shortly which would provide the name of the ************** being dispatched. The email did arrive very shortly after the Claim was submitted as promised. The email provided the name of the *************** as well as the date and time the appointment had been set up for.The appointment was scheduled for January 25, which was a little over a week away. My Garbage Disposal was no longer working and the water on that side of the sink was verrrrrry slow to drain. I could live with it for another week so it was not a big deal for me. Within minutes of receiving the email with scheduled appointment information, I received a call from the Servicer scheduled to do the repairs. They advised me they could actually send someone out this afternoon to complete the repairs. I had an appointment already scheduled for this afternoon so we set up an appointment for the Servicer to come out tomorrow morning to do the repairs. WOW! Now that was not something I was expecting. Who would have Dreamed that you could submit a Service Request Online and the Servicer offer to come out the same day! I am amazed that the Servicer is coming out tomorrow morning and, hopefully, I will have a working Garbage Disposal as well as a fully draining sink once more.I was so impressed with the Professionalism I witnessed from Choice Home Warranty that I renewed my Service Contract for another year. Not only do I have Service for another year, I received TWO FREE MONTHS, for a total of 14 Months Coverage, plus they took $30 Off of the Quoted Price. How could I turn an Offer like that down!Date of experience: January 17, 2023
