Draingo did a great job for us. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a leak coming from upstairs onto the downstairs ceiling. They diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and fixed it very quickly! I would definitely recommend them.
They were punctual and new exactly how to fix our problem.
Quick response, polite and efficient service.
The two workers who came were great, exceot got a different size water heater than the one that was removed. However, it is working and have had no troubles from it though. They were exceptionally polite with great work ethic and good manners. Hope they come back if I need Draingo again.
Was told when they would come and arrived on time. Very friendly and helpful and explained what they were doing and how it was done.
