I know you get a lot of complaints from people. I want to commend the two gentlemen who came out and put in our sewage ejector pump. We had another company come out on Saturday and we feel they took advantage of the situation. We were told it would cost an additional $1400 for the pump plus installation. Their plumber tried to tell us our water heater was too small. Your plumber said it looked new and good. Their plumber tried to tell us our pump wasn’t up to code. Moved into a new for me home. Dumas Shane came out and fixed a leaky valve to my new washer. He also told me why my water heater wasn't working...it needed the gas turned on! Everything else in the house is electric... But he was very professional and didn't make me feel stupid about the mistake. Would ask for Jim again.
I just bought my house and did not realize the heater was gas. The stove is electric, so I thought everything was. He checked the heater and told me the gas was cut off. This was all my fault! He did tighten the faucets to the washer and stopped the leaks. He was professional, neat and very polite.
Service was exceptional and they showed up in the slotted time frame.
