First, they came earlier than had been scheduled. The diagnosis was quick, and they had the broken parts and the nre parts in quickly, tested it and were done in no time. I don't think that they were even here an hour. The guys were curteous, I paid our deductible and we were done. It sure is nice not to have a dripping faucet any more.Â

I know you get a lot of complaints from people. I want to commend the two gentlemen who came out and put in our sewage ejector pump. We had another company come out on Saturday and we feel they took advantage of the situation. We were told it would cost an additional $1400 for the pump plus installation. Their plumber tried to tell us our water heater was too small. Your plumber said it looked new and good. Their plumber tried to tell us our pump wasn’t up to code.
