Get what you pay for Mngr difficult to understand and complicated what should have been a simple check in process. Even got locked out of rooms one night. Clean but in disrepair and very old and outdated. But one of the lower priced places in Sedona so didn't expect too much either. Appreciated frig and microwave, but hair dryer didn't work and vanity in bathroom very cramped.
Disappointed The hotel knew there would be 3 in the room but there was not enough towels. We had to ask for them. There was mold on the ceiling which made one of my friends sick. Non smoking signs were ignored. Smoke came into our room when the door was open. Hotel needs some updating. It was convenient to all that Sedona has to offer.
Just ok Plain. Just ok and outdated
Paying for ice, really?? Well, at least the room was big and clean. On the whole, facility itself appears shabby, the parking lot is very tight and when big trucks are parked, it is difficult to get around. The room was extremely hot upon checking in and we needed to run the air conditioning continuously to make it comfortable. And after paying almost $100 for one night for a standard room, to have to pay to get ice was unspeakable. We are never coming back, and we don't recommend that you do either.
They charge for guest but they didn't prepare... We pay for guest but they didn't prepare anything. Before we ASK about stuff they didn't ask... Bed make we Itching... after wake up all body was scratch...
Not worth it Hotel is crummy. Not worth the cheaper price. For $10. more a day you can stay at Days Inn across the street with many more amenities. Pool, hot tub, free breakfast, clean remote, very nice and new furnishings. Nicer decor and furnishings. Balconies or patio for each room. I moved half way thru stay.
Clean but cheap towels Great location. Clean rooms. That is the positive. the negative was the water pressure and the temp would fluctuate from warm to hot to cool. Also the towels were very cheap and thin which could be easily fixed but left a negative impression.
a little better than sleeping in your car bathroom doorway was so little I could barely get in and out. The shower was so small a child could not use it. The toilet was small and not bolted to the floor properly and rocked. You should tell use the Indian Mafia own or run the hotel.
