I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL My own expirence was horrible. They just have one person for everything. We Went to gran Canyon...when, we came back all furniture which were all dirty was on top of the bed . They didn't change the towels,. No coffe ( suppose to be ) I talk to the person and her answered : was " do you want I help you to move the furniture from the bed?". Any way this people is nasty

YUCK This hotel was charging way too much. The other reviews and pictures seemed okay and it was in a good location so I decided to go ahead and book it even though I thought the price was a bit much from what I could see online. On a positive note, it is a large room and as I said it's close to several attractions (if you like hiking and such) and the bed is comfortable... That being said, the room was not clean. There remodel had a lot to be desired. Slapping a new shower curtain up in the bathroom, and painting over the toilet paper fixture, does not make a remodel. Bathroom floor was dirty, and needed a good cleaning. Rm 32 I wish I had taken pictures.

do not stay here The first room they gave us smells terrible I had to hold my nose when I was in it. The second room they give us also is very stuffy. We checked out a 3rd room it is also stuffy. So we stayed in the 2nd room, but some how staying there makes my heart beats fast and my head hurts. In the night I hear people screaming on the street, not sure what happened. very disappointed When booking through Hotels.com I read about the beautiful view of the surrounding Sedona mountains from their rooms. Check in was at 3:30. My daughters and myself checked in at 4:30, and were given a room on the second level as close to the busy & loud street as possible. When I asked to be moved to one of the rooms with the view of the mountains & away from the street, I was told those rooms were not available. Dirty Sheets Room was dated but looked clean. Unfortunately when I pulled the covers back, the sheet was filthy. I called for clean sheets which they brought quickly. There is no ironing board and iron in the room. I called for one and they brought it about 30 minutes later. They asked me to call them when I was done, as there were other guests requesting an iron. Would not recommend. Could not check in before 3:30. I needed to freshen up before attending a meeting. Rooms were available. Noisy from trucks in the ares.
