The management and customer service at this property are terrible. Charged my son for a bunch of room charges when he never moved in to the apartment. Called multiple times to talk with the manager about it but he wanted call me back. 9 months later they sent an email threatening to send us to collections.

Kasey Wright is dishonest - he does not keep proper records throws move in condition forms . Warning - any residents who live there make sure you have your move in apt condition form with you .

Ducks Village, hands down has to be the worst apartment complex in the Eugene area. I've lived here for 3 years for school and I can't wait to get the fuck away from this hell hole. First off, our shower has been broke for a week, and they said they "completed the task," but yet our shower still gets clogged every-time we use it. I've put in over 5 work orders and nothing. Like c'mon, clearly that's urgent?? Second, they don't clean the rooms at all, so when you move it, DEEP CLEAN THE HOUSE. Oh, and be careful because th... read more

First I would like to explain the pros of living in Ducks Village. When living here you get the opportunity of meeting great people and being next to Autzen and close to the river. However aside from these pros, there are plenty of cons. Online says that rent is supposed to increase a 7.2%-9.9%, but Kasey likes to decide else. Kasey is also very bad at replying and will find any cheap alternative to take care of things than pay a professional. He also has workers use bleach paint over mold, which does not take care of it. He... read more

HORRIBLE I honestly didn't want to believe the reviews but this place Is not where you want to live. Front office isn't much help when it comes to anything. Maintenance is very disrespectful.

I will update this later. I found this place because I had a friend looking for someone to fill the other rooms. I'm going to be a student, but they did say you don't HAVE to be a student to rent there. They said over 90% of the residents are students though so keep that in mind. It cost $40 to fill out the forms. I had a lovely man named Nathan from the front office helping me out completely, especially since I'm from out of state. I had to get a co-signer to fill out the forms too. Nathan once again came in and helped out ... read more

I've been living at Duck's Village for almost 9 months now and have had little to no issues at all. However, just a couple nights ago, my car was broken into. I had heard of this happening to other people but never thought much of it. After this happening to me, I learned that the leasing office can't do anything about it. Lesson learned, just be careful about leaving valuables in your car overnight.

DO NOT LEASE HERE. Ducks Village is a money sucking company that absolutely does not care about its tenants. It all started when the manager refused to accept any service dog paperwork because of the breed of the dog (a lab / pit bull), which management never met. Because we had already signed the lease, we would have been required to pay the 12 month lease out if we wanted to find a housing company that is not breed biased. Within the last 3 months of the lease, Ducks Village began doing construction. Tenants were given a l... read more

One month in and still no remedy for the issues above. Here's an update to what I am dealing with, with no compensation having to work from home with constant banging while the workers blast music and smoke cigarettes.
