Verified Renter Rent is too expensive given for what you get in the facilities. The maintenance guys are awesome but it's clear that management tells them to fix problems in the cheapest way possible. Also the mold is crazy due to there not being any airflow in the bathrooms. Overall though, the people are nice up front and get to know their residents.
Verified Renter Ducks is a great place to live if you prefer to be surrounded by young people who are in school or in your school & play sports! They offer amenities which includes a pool & a hot tub, lounge area, workout room, & free wifi that runs smoothly! The apartments are put together nicely and are a perfect size based on your room needs. Ducks is very welcoming & fun. I can see myself coming back & living here another year.
