I didn’t care for the fact that you get passed off to several different people throughout the process. I felt is was “too many cooks in the kitchen” and things were miscommunicated and misconstrued often. As my first experience buying a house, I felt the process could’ve been a tad bit smoother than it was.

Janette Allen's communication was lacking. She told us last minute about a couple of things that were needed ASAP. We were left scrambling to get it which wouldn't have been a problem if she had told us that we needed this along with all of the other documents. She seemed to have an attitude with my husband and our insurance agent when he called to find out what she needed.

This is the second time I have worked with you and Ticor Title. Unfortunately I would not recommend Ticor Title at all. I had issues with them both times.

Better communication from everyone. Give the buyer a list of all the things they need to do in order to move things along quicker, not spread out over days. Don't send duplicate paperwork. We had to send same info more then once because your staff couldn't find what we sent, or misplaced what was sent to them.
