This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a very diverse apartment community. Most are nice people, but not all care and especially about even getting the trash in the dumbster. They just toss it anywhere. Sadly, maintenance has to clean that up. Not sure how to explain that to my friends?

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend because the layouts of the apartments, these apartments have really unique designs! There was actually a floorplan that we preferred over the one we have now, but unfortunately it wasn't available around the time we needed to move. We also love how spacious and homey our apartment is. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment complex due to the professional front office staff, location (close to the interstate, thriving Speedway community, and very close to Downtown Indianapolis) I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex as a result of the parking issue. On several occasions, several residents have to park far away from their actual building, which can be inconvenient for an array of reasons.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment because it's the next best thing to owning your own home. The space, the decor, everything is just great. My favorite is having a bathtub in the master bath!!!!

The noise that... (Verified Renter) The noise that travels through the floor of the apartment is very high. If myself or friend was going to live on the top floor - I would recommend this place, but nothing below the top floor.
