Don’t Do it!!!! Do not waste your time or money. This place is falling apart. We've had numerous mice, ants all year, and flooding. Exterminators, plumbers, and maintenance men can't keep up with the problems; the issues are beyond them. Also, parking is terrible. They have "parking passes" for residents but half of the cars parked in the lot don't have them so don't expect to find any good spots.

DO NOT MOVE HERE The people working in the office do NOT genuinely care about you. I’ve been living here since July 2020 and I’ve had ants and spiders since day 1 of me living here. It is now 2021 and I’m still dealing with the same problem plus more. I’ve been dealing with MICE. Multiple mice have been running throughout the buildings and into residents apartments and Eagle Lake Landing has done NOTHING about it except sweep it under the rug. HORRIBLE. HAS ONLY GONE DOWNHILL. I can’t think of a worse apartment complex. When we first moved in we had packages left at our door that were STOLEN. There are no cameras anywhere to even see who stole them. The office said we could send packages to the office to prevent packages from getting stolen. But NOW they tell us they are no longer accepting packages. So they have NO WAY to ensure our packages are safe. RUN !!! Literally ! When you find your car getting robbed or your apartment getting robbed and you happen to show up during the crime, run ! This happened too frequently. My sister came to see us and her Acura was stolen. My car was broken into the following week. Neighbors just like us have been robbed and so forth. When you talk to management theres nothing they can do. Please stop calling yourself luxury. Put a security detail out there or install some dummy cameras. Just Do SOMETHING!

I did recommend... (Verified Renter) I did recommend someone and they moved in but i never received or was told about signing a paper. So i never got the money for it. When i asked about it they said there was nothing they can do even though it was their fault. I missed out of $20” and was very unhappy.

The hallways in... (Verified Renter) The hallways in the building need to be cleaned more and the children that run throughout the building is nerve wrecking. I have reported them before. The rent has increased and seems that loyalty is not appreciated and I take pride in my residence and my fellow friends have inquired about living here which are all retirees from nice jobs that could possibly reside here one day. It took almost... (Verified Renter) It took almost an entire month for maintenance to get to my issue. When they did, the problem was not fixed and seems like nothing has been done at all.
