Occasional Faulty Air Conditioner I have a nice apartment with my roommate. We share a spacious, two-bed, two-bath apartment with a built-in washer and dryer, and patio with a great view of the lake. The area is very nice and usually quiet which is great for us college students. Only slight problem is our occasional faulty air conditioner. Every once in a while, the air will just stop working. Review the interior of the apartments have been upgraded with nice granite look counter tops, nice cherry wood look cabinetry, and white appliances. The common outside grounds are well maintained, and staff are helpful. The apartments are over 20 years old, and you can identify with the unleveled structure (floor, walls, ceiling, etc.).
Verified Renter My wife and I have been here over over 2 months and it was a big disappointment to be honest. There are ants in the apartment; kitchen sink only has hot water; moles grow back in the bathtub in the master bedroom as it was only painted over, and it is clogged.

Don’t let the pretty views fool you… (Verified Renter) DO NOT DO IT! I lived in the 2002 building (one of the bigger ones) and it was an awful living condition. There was roaches constantly, a mouse that got in my third floor unit, homeless men that live in the stairwells and the tenants leave the place filthy! Hallways and outside is covered in trash, the poor maintenance men have to clean it up every morning. Don’t let the nice floor plans and views fool you.
