Bugs and lack of parking! We moved in a few months ago and ever since we have had ROACHES that aren't planning to leave anytime soon, the bug guy comes in for 2 minutes and blames us, while they are trying to help they have been getting nowhere. When you work the night shift and come home at midnight you have to park a pretty good distance from your place if you aren't that lucky to get a spot! Neighbors are a tad noisy and they want to do the lawn at 10 am every time so no sleeping in!

I've been on... (Verified Renter) I've been on the property for several years about 4 and now I'm smelling marijuana when I come home, there's nowhere to park parking is horrible in the area where my apartment is located and there's trash in the hallway on the stairs it was never like that before.
There's alot of... (Verified Renter) There's alot of big dogs that poop all on the sidewalk and in the grass right in front of my patio door. It's very unpleasant
The apartments in... (Verified Renter) The apartments in the front feel lower quality then in the back. So I would not recommend someone living in the 1925 building.
The price and... (Verified Renter) The price and location are great, and the apartments are well equipted... if I didn't have little kids and could live on the top floor, I probably would love it; however, anyone who needs to live on a ground level unit - most likely is going to have to deal with a great deal of noise. Obviously, the type of neighbors living above may effect this, but since there is no way to know ahead of time, I personally would tell my friends/family to seek a different location.
