I have been with the company call the Equity Accelerator Program. I did not know they change the name to EarnUp. I have been with the company for over 20 years. I have never had a problem with payments or nothing. If I wanted to pay more a pay, it was easier then trying to get the whole payment at once. Call center is very good. But need access to email client as discussed. When transfer to other dept., issue becomes messy.

I have used this company for years for managing my mortgage payments to pay down our principal earlier. All the representatives have been extremely courteous and helpful. Lluis is the gentleman who assisted me today and he was stellar to work with.
