Earnup has always given me excellent customer service. I specifically like to speak to Rachel whom I believe has been there a long time. She makes the company shine. Many people like to bring out the worst in companies but don’t always notice the good. I don’t have much discipline so Earnup has helped me tremendously. I've been using this service for years with no problems at all. It's an easy way to make sure your mortgage payments are always made on time and biweekly to correspond with pay days, so there's no end-of-month budgeting required. Plus you knock a whole extra mortgage payment out every year to shorten the life of the loan.

Really bad experience with Earn Up. I have been a customer for decades and the first time I needed their assistance they failed miserably. They tried to process my payment close to 10 days before the scheduled due date they displayed on my account. My bank account was put on "restriction" because of an ongoing fraud investigation. As soon as the bank released the restriction I updated the banking information on my account on the website. I am a long-time customer with ********************** (since 2013?). Recently, my mortgage company was moved to a new mortgage company. Personally, I also moved to a new address, so I did not get any notice letter. The old mortgage company forwarded my payment to the new mortgage in the last 90 days.
