Rachel assisted me with the set-up of an account to pay off my mortgage early using an accelerated plan. She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the questions I asked. She explained in detail how the plan worked, when drafts would be made from my banking account and the cost per draft. This procedure turned out to be a very pleasant one, it takes the worry out of having possibly missing or late payments, all thanks to your well trained staff. K eep up the good work.

I have been a customer for Earn Up for a few years now and recently refinanced my home loan, I need to decide to reup or try to figure out how to pay on my own I had such a great experience before. I called to add my new mortgage. I talked to a very helpful young lady named *******who took all my information she need over the phone and helped my get all set up again. I am very happy with the service that I get from Earn Up and would recommend them to anyone.

I'm only giving it a 5 star because I spoke to a sweet girl named damary who helped me in five seconds!!! Prior to that I called five times and ran around in circles with no answers..shes really good and I thanked her soo much!!!
