EarnUp saved me money on my loan and was easy to do business with. When needed, the communication was excellent.
Today I called EarnUp and spoke with a Rachell. I cannot say enough on how she went above and beyond assisting me with my issues regarding my account. She exactly knew what the problem was and how to resolve it. She facilitated a 3 way call with the lender and did not allow the lender to forward my call to another party. Earnup has always given me excellent customer service. I specifically like to speak to Rachel whom I believe has been there a long time. She makes the company shine. Many people like to bring out the worst in companies but don’t always notice the good. I don’t have much discipline so Earnup has helped me tremendously. I would not be able to budget and accelerate my payments as I do now. Thank you Earnup for helping me and having excellent people like ****** in customer service.
I've been using this service for years with no problems at all. It's an easy way to make sure your mortgage payments are always made on time and biweekly to correspond with pay days, so there's no end-of-month budgeting required. Plus you knock a whole extra mortgage payment out every year to shorten the life of the loan.
