Earn up has been a pleaseure to deal with ,they have serviced my payments since 2008. Today I paid offf my mortgage and they shared in my celebration . The best part of earnup is they answer the phone personally. It gets very tiresome with most companies ,these days that answer with a Bot or ask you to leave a VM . Earn up has been very courteous and helpful , I highly recommend them to handle your Bi -weekly payments.

This program enabled me to easily make my mortgage payment and make an extra payment on occasion to help lower balance quicker. They are easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.

After getting a runaround from my mortgage company they finally referred me to EarnUp to resolve my problem. Expecting another difficult experience I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful *******was. She was friendly and very helpful. By the time my call ended I knew that my problem would be resolved in the timeframe that she gave me. Great company. I had to stop and start the payments due to the pandemic, then was able to cancel payments recently when I paid off the loan. These folks were easy to work with, and very flexible through the changes. Not to mention the ease of having a weekly payment and getting the loan paid down faster. Highly recommend! Thank you to *******for helping me get things wrapped up once the loan was paid off.

EarnUp saved me money on my loan and was easy to do business with. When needed, the communication was excellent.
Today I called EarnUp and spoke with a Rachell. I cannot say enough on how she went above and beyond assisting me with my issues regarding my account. She exactly knew what the problem was and how to resolve it. She facilitated a 3 way call with the lender and did not allow the lender to forward my call to another party.
