0 Star : My Experience I picked up my Mazda at approximately 4:30pm. I’m not sure what was done to my car. the paint job was perfect. However I now have a rattling noise coming from the inside of the passenger front door. When I drop my car off the audio did not cause that intense rattling. I would like a response and resolution as soon as Possible. I well be calling in the morning to figure out what going on.

2 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality I can't really speak to the workmanship as most of the work done was undercarriage and not visible. What was visible was fine. 2.5 Star : Customer Service There was a lack of communication. I had to call several times to find out where in the repair process my vehicle was. On several different times that I called I was told one thing and then something different the next time I called. Though the staff was friendly and polite I was left with doubts.
