2 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality I am disappointed, although the fin is better, it is not flush with the roof. I can't say for sure if the debris under the clear coat was there before, but i don't think so. I am pretty certain I would have felt it the many times I reviewed the damage before i brought the car in for repair. I was very pleased with the customer service. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I’m torn on this because they did a great job matching the paint on the exterior damaged door and fender to the rest of the car. But I’m not happy about them damaging my interior and no one notifying me when it happened nor when I picked up my car. I will commend the owner for being very responsive and seems willing to fix the damage that they caused. He says he’s in the process of ordering me a new seat and will replace it at no cost to me when it comes in. Once this all gets rectified, I may ... read more

The driver door looks fine Howe they knew of the damage and waited for me to get home to notice it. It took persuasion to get them to admit it and to order a new lamp to replace it. 0 Star : My Experience I was satisfied with the body work that was performed. That appears to be top notch. I was unsatisfied with 1) leaving of the broken head light in my car, and 2) the spare tire was apparently used and was left in the car - not reinstalled under the trunk where it began.

When I went to pick it up the first time the repairs weren’t even completed. You hid my car in a corner parking spot next to the building, my husbands the one who caught that no work had been done to the passenger front wheel or hubcap.
