Something funny with drivers side mirror, blurry, seems out of adjustment.New paint not a perfect match, feels rough, needs buffing, not a glossy finish. 1 Star : Likely to Recommend Again, it's very unpleasant to get pulled over and be accused of never having inspected my vehicle because they didn't replace the sticker when replacing the windshield. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Kinda frustrated to find out that my car did not get a replacement inspection sticker after the windshield was replaced and now I have a $75 fine and no idea if I can fight that. 3.5 Star : Customer Service 4 Star : Returned Clean
0 Star : My Experience I told them about some thing I saw that was broken when I dropped my car off and they told me that they would make sure it was looked into. Then when they gave my car back, I brought it immediately to an inspection station and was told that what I had told them was broken, was still broken and it’s almost not drivable. I was told that it is due to the accident and should have been fixed. They told me I need to address it with eastern auto body.
0 Star : My Experience I picked up my car this morning, and when I drove home tonight after work, neither of my front head lights were working. One was out and the other now only shines ten feet in front of my car. Was very unsafe.
0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality The repairs were well done, the employees at the front desk were professional and kind, however the lack of communication and updates is frustrating and made the entire experience negative. I had to call weekly just to see what was happening with my car, even when I was told they would call with updates I received nothing. There was no update when the 2 week timeline turned into 3+ weeks. 2.5 Star : Customer Service see previous comments 5 Star : Returned Clean
