Bad Everything Nothing
Poor Hallway carpet was stained (4th floor) every 10 feet, elevator was broken, pool was disgusting and the area next to the pool was a garbage area or area for things that are broken and none of the staff were in any kind of uniform or wore name tags from when we checked in to housekeeper in the morning. We travel a lot and I would have let any one of these not bother me but together they showed a lack of pride in their establishment.

Expected better Room doors stuck to entry way like there was water damage and the floor was buckled. Didn't get room cleaned while I was there.. only one of two elevators worked and it didn't sound to good.. Toilet in one room was stopped up but no maintenance personnel was there to assist. Gave us a plugger but that didn't work so had to move to a smaller room than what we paid for. Certain staff didn't seem to know where anything was, like she had just been asked to sit at desk. We don’t smoke and i had baby when stayed in ur hotel U you guys gave me smoking room instead of regular room I need my refund which booking.com or you guys didn’t gave me back
We weren’t pleased with this property at all. Thankfully booking customer service was able to help us get a refund and b Immediately spotted black mold by the window. Refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out. Room just didn’t feel clean at all. Wasn’t here long enough to find out.
Staff was great facility sucked. Pet hair all over the room and no electricity in our room. We left. The front desk manager.
Very unpleasant It needs maintenance walls need paint hardware are rusted They gave me a room that was occupied and then they gave me a different room and the bed sheets were dirty I was very upset
Very Poor When I arrived I was checked in but my key card did not work so I was swapped into another room, I reserved a king I got 2 queens. Next the TV does not work. Went back down to inform the night person I was told to just turn it on from the bottom. Come to find out it's the remote that didn't work, so now the volume is up and won't go down.
