Decepcionante La limpieza pésima. Si no dices que te limpien ni pasan por tu habitación. 4 personas en un cuarto, 2 zafacones pequeñitos y sin limpieza usted se imagina que feliz estuvimos. Toallas y papel de inodoro tuve que buscarlas a la recepción. Porque no había personal que te la subieran al cuarto de noche. Pasillos huelen a cigarrillos y marihuana. Y de dos ascensores solo servía uno y también se daño un día de lo 5 días que estuve. El desayuno muy completo y bueno.

would stay here again, but not use booking.com our room we chose was not available when we arrived so we had to take a different room and sleep on a pull out bed. also didn’t have handicap accessible bathroom we would have preferred. hotel said it was a mistake on booking.coms end. the hotel pool was nice, hot tub is being remodeled so that wasn’t available. rooms are nice, clean recently remodeled. breakfast was nice too. also we love that our dog can stay with us too!
Disappointing
Be leery of staying at a 2 Start Hotel! You get what you pay for. We were in a suite. The room decor was cold and depressing, but that was not the problem. Lighting in the bedroom didn't work, nor did the television (No Signal). The cover plate for the Air Conditioner controller was missing and we were unable to control temperature. Tried to call the desk but the phone didn't work either. Asked to switch to another room and we were placed in a standard king, one room which was smaller but in better condition. Agua fría de la regadera y no me quisieron ayudar No salía agua caliente de la regadera, lo reporte a recepción y me comento que no podía hacer nada porque era Domingo y no había nadie mas que lo pudiera ayudar por lo que me tuve que bañar con agua fría La ubicación
No limpian los cuartos! Nunca nos avisaron que no había servicio de limpieza y cuando lo solicitaos nos dijeron que ya no estaba disponible hasta el día siguiente por lo que nuestro cuarto nunca tuvo este servicio La ubicación
