I would definitely not stay at this property again. 1. Room not ready when promised. Had to wait another hour +. 2. Was charged more for room then what was on reservation. Was not much, but that’s not the point. 3. Room was not in good shape. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling, bathtub overflow cover hanging off, sink had no drain plug, elevator sounded like it was going to drop at any moment and did not seem well maintained, breakfast was not replenished well. Location to our final destination

DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY! I definitely won’t be staying here again we had a terrible experience with the hotel and their dirty, unmade and unsanitary rooms. The first room we were put in was extremely dirty with trash, items in the fridge, a dirty bathroom, ironing board out. it was completely unmade and extremely dirty. We complained and were told by the front desk attendant that it was just “bad housekeeping”. Very Poor Bed was awful. Uncomfortable and huge rut in the middle. Spa completely out of order after being told it was working. Pool was dirty. Toilet seat in room was dirty upon arrival. Trash was over flowing outside in front. Close to activities and town
Room wasn’t good at all Clean room more. Change beds in room lights in the bathroom needs to be inside the restroom
Poor I asked to have my room cleaned on several occasions and they never did. I had trash and dirty towels in my room for 3 days. Nice location and breakfast
