Very Poor When I arrived I was checked in but my key card did not work so I was swapped into another room, I reserved a king I got 2 queens. Next the TV does not work. Went back down to inform the night person I was told to just turn it on from the bottom. Come to find out it's the remote that didn't work, so now the volume is up and won't go down. Everything except bed was good. beds were too hard for my arthritic back no carpet cleanliness
Convenient comfortable— dirty! Everything needed more cleaning windows were awful mirror wasn’t washed. There was mold in the sink. Good breakfast, good location staff was friendly
clean, comfy, a little to expensive for tracking my luggage up 4 flights of stairs.... Elevator was broken but no one told us. 4th level stay was very hard! The staff was nice. Bed was comfy

Please help me contact the property in schertz TX My husband and I stayed May 25-29. Our stated total price was 612.23 but 620.39 was charged to our credit card. The handle on our sink faucet in the bathroom fell off our first day of our stay and the shower handle broke on the second day of our stay. Both were reported to the front desk. Neither were fixed. Go somewhere else unless you like hot rooms & people walking in on you. The first room provided to us the key lock on the door did not work. We were provided with a second room. The room was warm and we adjusted the temperature. We went out for the night anticipating our room to be cooled off. It was hotter. The night clerk did nothing to help and we slept poorly . Very underwhelming compared to other stats I’ve had here. I called a week in advance to make sure the hot tub would be open and was reassured it would be when I arrived it was not and was not opened the entirety of my stay. Both elevators were also down and I was on the 4th floor! The location was great and the facility was very clean.
Decepcionante La limpieza pésima. Si no dices que te limpien ni pasan por tu habitación. 4 personas en un cuarto, 2 zafacones pequeñitos y sin limpieza usted se imagina que feliz estuvimos. Toallas y papel de inodoro tuve que buscarlas a la recepción. Porque no había personal que te la subieran al cuarto de noche. Pasillos huelen a cigarrillos y marihuana. Y de dos ascensores solo servía uno y también se daño un día de lo 5 días que estuve. El desayuno muy completo y bueno.
