It was mostly positive. I liked their efficiency, in terms of, they said they would come, and they did their job efficiently. They put the roof on. The part that was lacking was when they came in. They came into the porch where I have a cat, and they didn't ask me to come in the porch—we thought the cat had gotten out. They should have asked me before they ever came into the porch. Everything is fine. They did a good job, did it in a hurry, and that's fine. They replaced all my windows. I'd give them an A; so far the work has been fine. I haven't had any problems.
I liked how thorough they were when they gave me their estimated cost, went over everything, and I liked how well they explained the materials they were using, as well as why they needed to do what they needed to do. The supervisor was always coming every day to check on how things were going. They did some other work for me besides roofing; they also fixed the interior of my ceiling where it had started leaking from the leaking roof. They did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They did a roofing job for me, and I'd give them an A.
They're such a good company. I think it's a family kind of thing; they all work together. In fact, they're going to do some more work for me in the spring. They did some roof repairs, some shingles and stuff. I think I'm going to let them replace my whole roof this spring. They're definitely A+.
