They did my sunroom windows, and they did a very good job. They were very organized. There were six windows, and they put vinyl windows in, frames and all. This room was warm in the summer and cold in the winter, so that’s why I had it done. I’d give them an A.
It's been a year or so. I don't remember everything. The roof work is holding up. It wasn't a big job, but they did good work with it. The customer service was good. The person I worked with was really good, knowledgeable, easy to work with, understood the problem pretty quickly, and had good solutions for the little roof problem that we had. I had used them in the past, and they were one of a couple of roofers that I got proposals on to do an entire roof. I have not done that roof work yet. I've been extremely pleased with their work. They've done work for me before that I really liked. That's why I called them to get a proposal to do the complete replacement. I particularly like their technician. His name is Chad, and I found him very easy to talk with. I would give them an A.
We used your book, and they were great. They came out. I think my wife met them out. They did great work. I would give them five out of five stars. We had this leak, and I kind of thought it could be based around one these openings that go up through the roof, possibly rain coming down through that. Echols replaced the roof on our house, and they did a very nice job. They did what they said they’d do, and the roof doesn't leak. I think the customer service was excellent. It was very good. It was a big job. They did the whole roof. The house is about 50 years old, and the roof had been on there about 25 years. They did the whole roof. I'd give them an A. We had replaced the roof on the house. That was a $10,000 project. There's Echols Roofing. We did a complete roof replacement. We were satisfied with the work they did. It was on time. They were very efficient. It doesn't leak. I was happy with the architectural shingles that they recommended. The quality was right. They were there, and they were there on time. Echols did the roofing. It was pretty big, I think, around there. They did a roof for me. It was a complete new one. They did pretty good. They weren't cheap, but they were good. They did good work—good customer service and cleaned up after themselves. We were renting our house out at the time. They were probably an A.
