They did a great job. They did some repair work on top of the chimney and the garage area, and I’d definitely give them an A.
Last spring, I contacted them. They came out. They did a great job. I was very satisfied. I felt the guy was very good with his explanations. I have contacted other roofing services, and they just wanted to get the business. He was a lot clearer about what the potential issues were and what I could wait to do, what I need to do immediately—that kind of thing. It was roof repair that he did. I would recommend them. I'd give them an A.
They did a great job. They did roofing work. They would take early morning appointments and showed up on time. There was part of my roof that had slipped up during a rainstorm, so they came and fixed it. It was a small job. I would give them an A.
They replaced a doorframe. Sebastian, I think, was the representative they sent out. He did a real good job explaining everything and what was going to happen. He gave me a good time line of when all the parts and everything that he needed would be there. He had to order a new back door. Everything was fine. Echols took some time with us, answered all of our questions, and gave us a very detailed bid, as we requested. The job head checked in every day with the crew, and the crew was very quiet, very quick, and very clean. They did replacement windows and siding, and they painted the siding and replaced the deck. They earned an A+ grade.
I have a shingle type of house and one of the windows on one side deteriorated for some reason. It had some weather effects on it and they had to get up there and repair that. I don't think they did any roofing or shingles or anything like that but they did siding. They did a terrific job. I had no problems. They were very prompt and very efficient and finished it quickly. It was last year or the year before. I think our neighbors were going to do it this spring, but we did it a couple of years ago. We used Echols. They've done siding for us at our other house several years ago so that's why we called them again. They’re very nice. They were friendly. They cleaned up. Every night when they left, they cleaned up. We have two dogs, so it was nice going out in the yard, not having to walk around stuff and watch for stuff and all that. It was a very good experience. They showed up on time, got the work done fairly quickly, and they expressed themselves in the estimate very well. They replaced a section of my roof. I picked them out of that guide. I would grade them an A.
