Tilt Turn Windows installation Eco Choice Windows installed European style tilt and turn vinyl windows in our house. The service and attention to detail that was provided to us was outstanding. Hi, full insulation was done in Dec 2023, they finish the casing 2 days ago, and they forgot to bring one piece. How long dose that take to have full insulation,
just average quality glass but they promise very high please read these review before proceed

Before I give order of my house 6 windows , I read all the reviews, so many bad reviews then I contact sales person Anthony , he always give wrong infromation to me at every point. Do not buy from this company After Sales not good service. The next day morning after the new door installed, found the calking issue. Called the company and they stated the installer will come when they will be in my area appears if they dont have any job in my area they will not come to fix it. They are not giving me any date. Not recommending this company who is not taking any responsibility after installation and I believe the warranty they offer during sales is false.

Won't come to repair work I used Eco Choice Windows for the first time in Dec 2021 for my front door and they were great or so I thought. I then used them again for my windows in June 2022 and was that a different story as the work was not completed (they failed to install the black siding to the top of the main outside window I have copies of the order form clearly outlining the work), and I have been chasing them for over one year to finish the work. The final contract that you signed did not include any of the siding work you mention and hence we did not know of that work when the installation team was on site. Just don’t Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They may be cheaper than other companies but you will pay for it with your time and headaches and subpar product. We ordered and paid for windows in May of 2022. We were convinced by the salesperson to upgrade our windows to triple pane since it will be a wash (the extra cost) after the govt rebates. Caution~after installation service is POOR! Very pleased with windows and installation, however, we noticed that the kick-lock on the patio door was defective. We reported it, sent a video demonstrating that it didnt work (wouldnt engage). After following up from my original telephone report and email, I received a call from a service technician (Alan ??) who talked over me, wouldnt listen to me, patronized me and dismissed me. No show on install date, did not even call to let us know. We booked with this company ecoCHOICE Windows & Doors, to replace 4 windows, front door and back patio door. Paid our deposit upon request($3600 CAD). My wife and I were given an install date of May 17th weather permitting, it was a beauty day and I was jealous my wife had taken a day off to be home for the install and not myself.
