Windows and patio door installation gone wrong We agreed with the Eco-choice sales rep on a turnkey deal which needed to include all the Windows and a patio door. Instead of taking his time on pricing the overall project including the efforts required for the patio door correctly, he priced it out on the fly and committed he could complete the projet for the set price. Unprofessional Our hardwood floor was REPLACED when we moved in 4 YEARS ago and they left the floors looking like a PIG STY after the window installation. JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES. I paid $13,900+ to replace all windows in our semi, except for one window. They did the work March 10,2022 and the pictures will show the amount of dirt they left on the property. Customer Service The communication from this company or should I say the lack thereof is appalling. It would be in their best interest to put better policies in place regarding their customer care before, during and after the sale.

Front Door Stay away from them if you are a single woman trying to get doors replaced. I had our front door replaced, and they had to come 3 times and the front door is still not installed properly. Within 3 months of the installation there was ice build up on the inside and the weather stripping on the bottom of the door has started to come off (they wanted to charge me to replace it ). Installer dropped old window and damaged my floor due to lack of proper protective clothing and communications I had new windows installed from eco choice on November 19. During the installation, one of the workers dropped the old window down while carrying it down the stairs. He was carrying the glass alone and wearing just socks without any protective shoes. Nice product, terrible customer service The experience of dealing with this company has been very frustrating, start to finish. I wouldn't recommend. We had them replace ALL of our windows and doors, and spent close to $30,000 with them. Considering this investment, we had hoped for a better experience Our order was placed in November. You were well informed of the timelines for the windows you selected as they came from Europe. There were delays due to COVID and a strike at the port which were beyond our control but were communicated to you. Poor quality windows & doors I had two sets of French doors and two vinyl windows installed in a bedroom and study in October 2019. I waited nearly a year to review these doors and windows just to be sure they are really as bad as I thought they were. Sadly, they are. Just awful. I have never left a scathing review on HomeStars before, but I feel I must warn people. The installation was fine. Sales pitch promises, unhappy client I used Eco Choice because it was recommended by my realtor. Their prices were very reasonable and they carry quality windows. However my experience wasn’t completely without its problems. Windows Installation of 5 windows was done amazingly by the workers. Service by company to customer prior to installation was very poor. Had to make so many calls and had a no show to remeasure windows and company did not call to tell me. Sat waiting for 5 hours.
