Poor Window Quality - Poor Service The service we received initially from Eco Windows was great – we were pleased with the sales process and the installation. We have no complaints from that end. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the quality of the windows and their ability to stand behind their warranty. We received the quote Sept 2017, had the windows installed in October. All the windows replaced We live in an older home and the previous windows seemed like they had been done my a do-it-yourself person, They were a mess. we had moisture issues and the gas between the glass was gone. we could not even see out of them. The green hue you are referring to can be found in all glass inserts (doors, windows, shower doors) but it seems to be more dominate on the Cast glass that comes with the Pinehurst Iron design you picked. 8 new windows We asked for a quote and Gabriel got back to us fast. He came in with a price that significantly undercut competitors prices, and he didn't push us to accept the deal, but instead asked us to think on it. He provided an estimated delivery date of the windows, which was aggressive, and the company still came back to us two weeks ahead of the scheduled time. front and side door replacement Our house had two very old wooden doors which had to be replaced. Our house is over 100 years old. The installers were careful not to damage the existing structure around the doors and used spray foam insulation where there wasn't any. The new doors make our house look updated and clean. The doors give us more privacy and better security They look great!

Door Installation with electronic lock Our initial meeting with Gabe was pleasant and we felt like we were in good hands. We had decided to go with an electronic lock as opposed to the standard key lock. We were told to purchase the lock of our choice and just provide Gabe with photos and specs of the lock to make sure it would fit in the door on the installation day. Tilt and turn windows This is the second time we are using Ecochoice for our windows. We had them install 2 bedroom windows last year and we like their quality. Gabriel explained all about Tilt and Turn windows and how the process goes. The service was very good and we had no issues with these windows. Front Door Replacement Gabe was a helpful and informative salesperson when having our front door replaced. Within the year, our door jamb began to ripple or buckle. We are in year three of owning the door, and Maxdor, the supplier failed to address the issue after numerous calls and emails to the office. We are now stuck with door as long as we own the house. new windows Two new casement and side-slider windows were installed in December 2013 on my raised ranch home. 1. New windows frames were two wide for opening when old windows were removed. Wood framing had to be cut away to allow window to be installed. New windows were jammed in with no shims and very little insulation around. It took 9 hours to install the windows. 2. Ice built up inside casement windows glass during winter - window glass had been installed in reverse position in factory. Reported to ECO and it was fixed. ... read more
