On time to the service call. Rats and mice no longer getting into the house. The outside spraying has stop the ants from getting into our house.
The technician came in and checked the area of concern. He treated the area and explained exactly what he did and told me if I see anything else that might be a sign of termites to call back and they will take care of the problem.
I was surprised at all the termite damage ECOLA has "protected" our home for years
I normally receive a card in the mail to let me know that my pest service is due. I have not been receiving these cards and the last service I was unaware that my pest service was done until I received a bill in the mail. The technician had done the service only servicing the front of my property as he could not get into the backyard. The prior service had only been done in March, so I wasn’t even due for another service until June.
I only called for an estimate to compare prices. Your prices are much higher.
I do not mind paying the $$$ yearly fee for the termite service because it gives me peace to know my house is protected from those da** insects! Also, when my Ecola inspector arrived he recognized my house! “Oh, I remember your house, you are the one with the patio cover situation!” His remark blew my mine! 2 yrs ago, a crew of 2 guys came out to check for termites. The technician arrived saw the sprinklers on and still sprayed. I can't believe the company still charged for the treatment, didn't offer to do it again and charged us a finance charge because we didn't want to pay the bill. Horrible company, beware! They advertise on a christian station The Fish but they certainly don't share christian views.
The technician that came out went directly against our wishes. We expressly stated NO POISONS used on our property. He baited with poison anyway and lied about it until he returned a month later and admitted he used poison “at his discretion”. Will never trust this company again.
I was told that the heat would reach the upper attic. About half way through the treatment I opened the crawl space above the stairs and could not feel any heat. If you tell me it was done right, then I guess it was
