I have termite treatment and initial pest control treatment done the same day. Both services were fine, and I will see how the continued pest control service is.
I had a coupon but it wasn’t honored because I didn’t show it during the estimate. Bad business procedure.
We had a problem with my understanding of the treatment of the localized effected areas. You sent out two of your people the next day and the problem was resolved when it turned out that I had not received the complete work report. Your people supplied the report to me at that time which took care of my misunderstanding of the problem.
I don't have complaints with your technician that showed up May 23, although he seemed upset we asked him to spray a certain area where he said: "already had mentioned to us couldn't" . His attitude changed eventually, more courteous before he left. But... . I am disappointed how your technician did not show up on our previous schedule which was May 8, 2019. No calls from anyone until I called to find out what where he was? . I was told by one of your CSR that your tech "texted" your manager that he was not going to make it.... read more
Your pest control is adequate, but your rodent service was completely inadequate. Also, I have regular conversations with your office staff about correctly recording my payments and will cancel your service if this continues.
Inspection process was good. Problem with scheduling inspection. Inspection was for morning of December 4, but inspector didn’t show up. When I called office I was told that they had the inspection scheduled for December 11. I was upset since I waited for inspector. I wanted a supervisor to call me back, but, I Never received a call. Inspector did show up on December 11, but I wasn’t aware that he was going to. I just happened to be home when he arrived.
I like your service, but I'm not a big fan of being raised and not being told about it until I got my bill! I have had home monthly service from past companies for the past 40+ years and I sincerely believe that your premium monthly is very expensive! If it's not brought back to what I have been paying, I will have to look elsewhere for my monthly service!
The field Rep is great. Speaking with the office I didn't get the same customer support. Not a friendly response to a customer simply wanting to know the details of the rodent control visit. Not knowing how the rodent control is carried out I felt I was too much trouble because I was asking questions and was essentially being "upsold" by telling me I needed treatments more often without even knowing the details first.
