I just like you guys, but I haven't heard back from you as to what needs to be done and how much it will cost
The service was fine once I got it. However, I did not appreciate receiving an Invoice before the service was rendered.
I have had a consistent ant problem and whatever treatment is being used is not working. In addition, I had a rat problem and after several visits to my home the rats are still here.
Your technicians were polite and understanding of my desire to avoid toxic materials due to my wife's medical history which includes leukemia and a weak immune system. There have been no ants but a cockroach every other day since spraying. I will monitor and let you know if the roaches continue. Thanks, Arnold C. Frankenberger.
My one complaint is that we don't hear back from Ecola when someone comes to inspect or do work and says that someone will be contacting us to finish. This happened twice this year: after the inspection, when someone needed to come to treatment, and again when the person who came to do the treatment was not able to fit into the area and said they would have to send someone smaller. Hello, The technicians are polite and kind. However, $2,200.00 later I "still" have a rat infestation and an extremely severe "mite" infestation. There was a 30 day guarantee on the service invoice. So, I hope that you continue to try and rid me of this nightmare! Thank you, Suzanne
Never got my annual report - technicians did not get into all areas of the property and said they would come back - they never did. I have a horrible infestation and I made an appt for treatment and the technician never showed up. I dread working with these people each year and am going to recommend to my HOA to change termite service providers.
Your accounting department needs help. I received the exact 2 bills on one day and the next Day received another bill the same as the day before. They were not over due. The service Was just done a few days before.
Board of Directors was not fully satisfied with service. Management was not made aware of schedule date therefore the unit owners were not prepared or given notice on when they would need to be let into the unit for service. Emailed a rep to get rescheduled and still not resolved. When the tech did enter one of the units (that happen to be a board member) he asked if anything had been seen and when the homeowner said not that she was aware of, he was about to leave.
