Overall, I am quite pleased with the service. No problems with pests and we used their heat treatment for termites last year. Occasionally, their service personnel will forget to leave a service notice when they come to our property to treat our house. On these occasions, we only have their word that they came. However, they are quite happy to redo the service in those cases for our peace of mind.
Thorough job was done to our satisfaction by your courteous technician. He explained what he was doing and conveyed possible future work. Very satisfied.

We've had excellent service from Ecola - quick response time, friendly operators and the bugs are gone. The reason we chose Ecola is because they can treat termites, ants and other bugs with non-toxic materials.
As always, Gilbert was very courteous, thorough, and professional. He remembered us and our home and treated us as "family". Have recommend ECOLA to our friends and neighbors.
