99 99% of the time I am satisfied with the results of the pest quarterly service, I have been free of the bugs that they spray for. 99% of the time they do %
The service tech Luis was not my usual tech Frank. I previously discussed with Frank my concern about my dogs and the local raptors eating poisoned rodents. Frank and I agreed on an extermination method safe for my dogs and raptors. Luis showed up and never stopped talking about how my current method was poisoning everything. The inspection was quite superficial. The inspector didn't even go upstairs.
Return phone callS for starters. I called multiple times request in that someone call Me. But no one ever did a . Still waiting.
Lorna came by with a sprained ankle. I was told someone would call me to set another inspection appointment. This is the third try to do my inspection and I have NOT gotten a call. You folks are slipping!
Incompetent people, inadequate results. Poorly trained people!
We had not one, but two, appointments cancelled & then rescheduled.
We still have ants coming in !!!
Charged too much and produced a report that is unintelligible and looks really bad!
