Punctual, addressed the problem and did an inspection that was reassuring.

Quick and easy
Pleased with the two people who did the work. They were polite and helpful.. But of course can't comment yet on how well this method works (heat) since we have to wait and see how long the termites stay away.
This visit was excellent. But months before I had called about checking where I had treatments earlier but couldn't tell whether there was new damage and was told it was old damage, no current problem. When the technician came on June 20 he told me there was signs of termites around that door I was concerned with and found several other areas infected.
