Your agent was on time and friendly. He answered all of our questions. He did a thorough check for termites.
We had not had an inspection in 30+ years so we were nervous. Ben came in dragged his ladder around and looked at everything. He said we were lucky, not much to treat. I told him we were replacing the roof, he said he would come look at the rafters at the tear down. Set that up with him. Greatly appreciated.
Ecola is very through in their search for termites and other critters. I trust them to do the best for me and their fees are fair I believe. I have no reason to try another service because of their excellent service.

Roger came out and retreated for an ant problem that I was experiencing. Roger was pleasant and accommodating. Roger made the process effortless. Everyone in the office is equally helpful and pleasant. Ecola is the best with alternative treatments and extraordinary representatives and technicians.
Professional, courteous, easy to schedule an appt. Best part, if they do find termites, you and your pets stay in the home and not the ordeal of packing up all the food items and leaving for 3-4 days
