I had a past national termite control company bid on my tenting along with Ecola expecting Ecola's bid to exceed the national company who I had used in the past. Not only was Ecola's bid substantially better, the thoroughness of the physical inspection by Santos was far superior. We've used your service for years and always ask for Joe. (Jose). Not sure of his last name. He always remembers us and asks how we are. Very special person. I asked if he knew a service that sprayed for ants and he stated that your company does. So we contracted with Ecola for a year's service. Every other month. Very happy.
First of all, it was easy to make an appointment and then Ecola kept the appointment. Second, Ecola does not make their money by doing repairs like the other pest control companies do, so I have greater trust in Ecola as far as eradicating the pests.
