First of all, it was easy to make an appointment and then Ecola kept the appointment. Second, Ecola does not make their money by doing repairs like the other pest control companies do, so I have greater trust in Ecola as far as eradicating the pests. Ben took his time and explained everything to us fully. As far as the two men who applied the chemicals, they were extremely courteous and did an awesome job! Inspectors did a thorough job and the person who performed the treatment work was also thorough and professional. I was disappointed that I had not received the inspection report in advance of the work being performed.
Moses was very thorough, fast and personable. He even took down a spider egg sack on my rain gutter.
Hector came and did exactly what was called for. He was courteous, thorough and cleaned up. So far, no signs of termite residue.

Nick did our initial inspection and set up a time for the technicians to do the work. They arrived on time and were very professional - showed us the treatment areas and explained everything that was being done, as well as the warranty. Anthony, Reno and Levi were all a pleasure to deal with.
Hector arrived and treated all the areas in my home that had termite activity. He even found some that I have not seen. I was very pleased with Hector's performance and service.
The guys were very polite and checked everything! I rate your service as one of the best I have ever had ! I give the whole experience an A+. ! Thank you ! May God Bless!
