Did a good job in finding termites, as far as I can tell, and came back when I asked to check the roof beam. Go a five-star, with environmental issues being more important.

I have found the Ecola service experience to be excellent. The service professionals are friendly, efficient and professional. Unfortunately, there are administrative problems at Ecola resulting in a consistent stream of incorrect, excessive billings. In spite of apologies and promises that everything is corrected, the problems seem to persist. This is extremely frustrating and is in sharp contrast to the high quality of the service provided. Highest ratings for service, lowest ratings for administrative support.
Jason, who came out for the initial inspection, treated me and my home with respect, asked questions to help assess our termite problems and provided information that showed his knowledge and level of expertise. He won my confidence and our contract for services.
