Inspection was on time and called ahead of arrival. Inspector was congenial, thorough and responsive to inquiries.
Excellent customer service from the initial call to the representative they send out to the home. Courteous, friendly, respectful, patient with all the questions and answered in full detail. The most important is the reasonable pricing. I will be making this my pest control provider. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family.

For the most part Ecola has done a good job. We continue to have periodic termite problems when we do work on different areas of our wooden house. An initial extensive service beneath our house did slow down the rate of these problems but they continue to occur sporadically. We are very impressed with the promptness of the response to our service requests. 4/5 rating.
