A new technician came and she went right to work by asking me questions about what I’ve observed and what my concerns are. She then grabbed her spray can and her cobweb brush and walked the house.

Lorna same by our home as always and did her annual inspection. She found some areas of concern and reported them to us. She then recommended an experienced contractor to visit our home and offer his repair recommendations. We have an appointment with him late this week. Our experience with Ecola has been positive for years!

The inspector was gracious, she called before arriving and was on time, but most importantly I thought she did a very complete and comprehensive inspection. She was here for about an hour and she took the time to explain her findings with me. A very pleasant experience, indeed!!
