Your service tech is very good but I do wish they would wear something over there shoes to prevent dirt on our carpet. Service techs always try there best to find those the problem.

There was some difficulty in starting the project due to a change in personnel. The people who came on site to follow quickly organized to do the job needed and they were equipped to carry on the work needed. The technicians were customer oriented and worked to satisfy the needs in areas of the residence which were not being treated.
