The representative who did the inventory of infestation was very knowledgable and thorough. He explained the way that termites work. He also discovered that we have another pest (beetles) and recommended a company to address that problem. The technician who came to eliminate the termite population was very pleasant and efficient in his approach to the problem. He kept me informed of what he planned to do and kept me in the loop. The people who did the work on the house were pleasant and professional. Time will tell how effective the work is, and we have the warrenty.
Ecola was great, subcontractors were really rough on the house exterior.... Lots of unexpected cleanup.
Scheduling an appt. was tough but Johnny in the Santa Maria office gave us great service and was very knowledgeable when it came to termites,thank you
