The inspector was efficient and thorough checking the treated areas from last year and other potential areas for termites. I have an attached home so tenting is problematic. Ecola has services to deal with this situation that work well. I intend to continue my control service warranty.
They have done a great job for me and continue keeping me spider free inside my house.

Very professional workers who came to work at the house; kept us informed during the process! Besides doing the attic, they also checked and treated the exterior. The only problem with the work was it took longer than I expected, but I know it was thorough. Also, I wished there had been better communication with me before the work began; it seems like office personnel are not in contact with the field staff. Anyways, I'm very satisfied with their work as long as the termites stay away during the warranty.

This is an excellent company to do business with! We've used Ecola Termite and Pest Control Services on another property located in Ventura County and like them so much, that we asked them if they would also inspect our San Luis Obispo primary residence. Very dedicated to their clients and always professional!
The original termite inspection was very thorough. Lots of termites were found in our attic, though, so a fumigation was scheduled. The inspector suggested professional ant spraying around the house because ants eat the dead termites. When I agreed he said he'd set it up, which he didn't do. That's my only complaint.
