We have been using Ecola services for some time..The service for the last 2 years has been better than before that time. I think it may have to do with change in personnel. Anyhow, the ecola reps have been on time, spent sufficient enough time ( close to an hour) , given specific feedback and are courteous.
arrived on time, went right to work, maintained supervision the entire time, gave regular updates and explanations, finished and packed up when scheduled.
Had service for several years now. Always courteous and responsive to special requests. Also happy my animals are safe with the products they use
