Dead bugs and other people's trash We stayed one night, and it was a mistake. We walked in the room, and there were dead insects in the toilet and on the floor in the room and bathroom. There was also trash left over from the precious guest scattered around. The bed seemed clean but not really comfortable. We went to the pool for our kids, but there was no where to sit, and no clean towels. Will not be staying again.
Sheets and pillow cases had stains on them and wasn’t changed not 1 time In the 5 nights we stayed there. You had to beg for towels. Old/outdated and under construction
Ok but not great Staff is nice . Wasn’t good that they were changing boilers on a weekend as there was NO hot water our 1st night . Was a little better the next night was even warmer by Sunday morning. Requested a lower floor by the new person put us on upper floor , they did see why we needed a lower floor & gave us a lower room the next day .
Placed was filthy and not up to standars. Needs attention
They don't allow you to check in until 3 pm n the hallways are dirty . They barely give out any towels N theres no breakfast 😒
We had to leave after first night there where roaches crawling on walls and fleas. Bathroom was filthy
This is why you should pay more than $75 a night. Damaged walls where someone was pushed or fell. Drinks spilled on the end tables and floor were not cleaned and sticky. Two remotes in room, they only changed the channel, didn't turn on/off or volume. AC was tricky to turn on, it had to be just so to remain on and the window above it could not be locked and had no screen. Did not eat free breakfast, was worried about cleanliness of kitchen.
There was no continintal breakfast, there were cockroaches in our room. There was no HDMI cable in our room. There was no ashtray in a smoking room. The sheet on the bed only tucked in at the bottom. One of the ceiling tiles was falling in the bathroom. There was hair in the pool. The ladder was missing a screw, and there was dirt in the bottom of the hot tub.
