Never again No breakfast nook, drug motel got woke up at 4 am to worker and gf fighting about drugs and other things of this type
This hotel is in need of renovations. Mildew in the bath tub, bath towels are hard, scratchy, and small. Reservations for 4, but we only had 2 bath towels waiting for us in the room. Bedding could stand an upgrade too. Blankets had small holes in them. My husband had to fix our toilet twice, and the hotel did maintenance on it as well. We weren’t able to take a hot shower either. DO NOT STAY HERE Front desk/owner was very rude to guests ahead of me. First over charged me, then the next day double charged me for the room, made an excuse, no apology, then became rude, hung up on me and started sending my calls straight to voicemail. Heat didn't work right. Iron had a short. Hot tub didn't work. Check in was a big mess. Parking lot is a disaster. Hotel needs updating and more than cosmetic repairs.
Needs a lot of maintenance and up keep. Been a couple of years and can tell. Sorry to say because that was my to go to hotel and going to have to find a new place when visiting grandkids. Sad
Horrible This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Very inconvenient to carry luggage up stairs because there is no elevator. Outdated room, I had two TVs (the reg one and a small one) because the big one did not work. I got overcharged, no room service, dirty towels stayed on the floor the entire stay (3 nights) and was never brought clean towels. Absolutely awful and definitely will never go back.
Horrible room... I reserved a handicap room. The only thing handicap was no carpet. The toilet was not handiap....too low to the floor, the shower was not handicap and impossible for those with mobility problems. The door to the outside closed on me twice while I was trying to enter with a walker. This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in and will never stay there again! They required at the desk a $35 deposit and reluctantly gave it back.
Book another place We’ve stayed at other Econo lodges and haven’t had any issues until now. We had been checked into our room for 30 minutes and the staff walked in outlet room while knocking. They stated they were looking for a phone. The room had an overwhelming bleach smell. The parking lot had trash everywhere. The staircase was very neat to look at. The location was great.
The heating and air unit in the room was ridiculous you couldn’t even turn the heat on low and it would burn you up you had to turn on cool and let it blow like that all night just to get air circulation on the warm side it was just a joke in our room was not clean they were dirty pool towels left in there and it just smelled nasty I wasn’t impressed with the fast food breakfast we were there for wrestling tournament so I’m OK with the people and the noise because we grew up that way so I expected that and I think your pool ... read more
