There was no continintal breakfast, there were cockroaches in our room. There was no HDMI cable in our room. There was no ashtray in a smoking room. The sheet on the bed only tucked in at the bottom. One of the ceiling tiles was falling in the bathroom. There was hair in the pool. The ladder was missing a screw, and there was dirt in the bottom of the hot tub. I pulled into the parking lot to check in and there was plywood up on the hotel room windows, and it looked like a bullet hole through a window. I cancelled my reservation

THIS HOTEL LOOK LIKE THE SHINNING !! I was unsure what hotel to book in this area I was visiting family. I saw that they had breakfast and a fitness room so I decided to go with them even though they were pricier than the others. I checked in only to find out there was no breakfast service and no fitness room available. I got to my room and all sheets and towels were dirty I mean visibly dirty. Not recommended Not clean and had a fire at some point cuz boards were over some of the windows. They didn't have a key for my door so I had to leave it unlocked or have someone at the desk unlock it for me.

Inconsiderate manager Due to the virus our event was cancelled. Our hotel room was already paid months in advance. The hotel refused to refund or reschedule the room. The manager was very rude and unwilling to work with us at all! I will never consider this hotel or chain again! This manager should not be in a business where hospitality matters!

Our stay consisted of 4 nights and was prepaid through ORBITZ. Upon arrival, noticed front of building had fire damage (fire occurred 3 months prior). The front desk person assigned us to a 3rd floor room. When inquired where the elevator was, we were informed there was no elevator. We then requested to be reassigned to a ground floor room, the receptionist got VERY perturbed and assigned us to the worst room in the hotel. (pictures were taken to prove the conditions). Worst stay ever The place was nothing like advertised first room they gave us beds were not made were not cleaned second room the heat did not work also the pool is listed as heated was not in the hot tub did not work I asked for a refund tried calling hotels.com numerous times your service is terrible I am no longer going to use they are supposed to be giving me a refund I would appreciate it if it was taken care of

This place definitely needs updates. We got to the room and the heater was so loud and smelled like something was burning. Moved us to a different room and the sheets were never changed so we had to call down and get new sheets brought to us and then we had to make the beds...
