I was supposed to get money back a refund for a night I didn’t stay but I haven’t seen it on my account.i had insurance and talked to your people and they said it would be returned to my account. I guess you are just going to keep it!
Room was bottom floor, way in back, where you'd put the contractors/workman. Hallways & stairs needed vacuum. Two different light switches didn't work. Bathtub did not drain well. Showered in 3" water. Fan in bath did not work. Towels stained & looked dirty/well used. Bed ok, fridge cold & clean.
The halls outside where dirty.Our room was not made up or did we get clean towels or wash clothes,WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
Disappointed We checked in at 6 pm. Before handing us our door key the desk attendant wanted to make sure the room was clean? Shouldn't that be done way before guest arrive at 6 pm? Our two queen size bedroom smelled musty. The coffee pot basket had grounds in it that appeared to have been there for days, the glass pot had dried coffee in it and the base was coffee stained. No plugs in the sink. Few choices at breakfast. Only carb loaded foods. Sticky breakfast room floor. Thin bedding. A disappointment for the price.
Awful!!!! I decided to spend the extra $20 on a place that wasn’t the cheapest to get better but this place was AWFUL!! When I went to check in I waited for a good 5 minutes before anyone came to the desk, the beds were rock hard and pillows paper thin. The bathroom needs updated. The shower was awful. Bathtub drained super slow so I was standing in water while showering. Shower head pelted my body needs a new one! Went for breakfast and it was absolutely disgusting. NOT GOING BACK WENT TO THE MISSOURI STATE FAIR, OUR GROUP SHOWED UP AND WE GOT OUR ROOMS., ROOMS WERE NOT READY BUT TOLD US TO PUT OUR BAGS IN THE ROOM AND ALL WOULD BE FINE, ROOM SMELLED AS IF THAT HAD SMOKED A CARTON OF CIGARETTES. GOT BACK AT MIDNIGHT AND THEY HAD GIVEN OUR ROOM TO SOMEBODY ELSE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD CHECKED US IN AND WE HAD KEY CARDS. THEY DID APOLOGIZE AND WE DID HAVE A ROOM BUT I WILL NOT GO BACK
